1973-1979 Civic

The First Generation Civic has a MacPherson strut front suspension. Only Toe adjustablility is provided from the factory, however, aftermarket adjustment methods for Camber and Caster are likely available. The rear independent strut suspension is OE adjustable for Toe only. 1980-1983 Civic (CVCC)

The Second Generation Civic has a MacPherson strut front suspension. Only Toe adjustablility is provided from the factory, however, aftermarket adjustment methods for Camber and Caster are likely available. The rear strut suspension (except Wagon) is OE adjustable for Toe only. (Illustration) Wagon models have a solid beam axle with leaf springs, with no OE adjustment provides. The recommended alignment type is FOUR WHEEL for the sedan, and THRUSLINE for the wagon. Wheel alignment specs with adjustment illustrations are available for all Civic models HERE

1984-1987 Civic

The Third Generation Civic has a strut front suspension with torsion bars. Only front Toe adjustablility is provided from the factory, however, aftermarket adjustment methods for Camber and Caster are likely available. The rear suspension on 2WD models is a torsion beam, and a solid drive axle on 4WD models. No OE adjustments are provided. The recommended alignment type is THRUSTLINE Wheel alignment specs with adjustment illustrations are available for all Civic models HERE

1988-1991 Civic
